In recognition that our success comes from investing in our employees’ well-being, AHRC New York City is fully implementing New York State’s 2.84% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for fiscal year 2024-2025:
- 1.7% base salary increase for all eligible OPWDD-funded staff, retroactive to April 1, 2024 (retroactive pay will be included in the March 28, 2025 payroll)
- 1.14% COLA funding will go toward supporting the agency’s medical and other benefits for eligible staff
Later this spring, we plan to develop a separate compensation plan that may provide additional salary and benefit adjustments.
