Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy begins with a comprehensive diagnostic interview followed by the development of an individualized treatment plan. Our experienced therapists meet with individuals, families, or groups to address mental health challenges as well as behavioral concerns and overall wellbeing.

Our clinical team is experienced in providing a comprehensive continuum of mental health supports in person and through telehealth. These supports include individual, couples, and family therapy. In addition, we provide group therapy which provides a unique opportunity for members to experience support, encouragement and validation from other members who are experiencing similar challenges.

Our clinical team is committed to providing the time and expertise necessary to ensure that everyone served is treated with skill, compassion and dignity. The clinic provides psychotherapy services to assist individuals and families address and resolve life challenges. These include coping with stress, relationship issues, depression, anxiety as well as grief and loss, substance abuse, sexuality issues and parenting challenges. We provide support to enhance self-esteem, assertiveness, autonomy and independence.
